Neuvottelija AI

Neuvottelija AI is Sami's broader publication on how artificial intelligence changes companies, labour, markets and knowledge work. It combines working papers, economic analysis, practical tools and field notes from real agent systems.

OpenClaw Chronicles remains a named series within the publication. Since April 2026, Sami has run a real multi-agent home lab and documented every step:Samantha (the long-context principal agent on a Mac mini M4, with her own git identity), Stöbä (a fast executor on an Ubuntu ThinkPad, retrained as a junior investment banker), and Hermes (a bounded research delegate). The series covers agent memory architecture, trust models and prompt-injection defense, agent migrations, and hybrid local/frontier model setups.

The publication — including English translations of the original Finnish OpenClaw articles, preserved with their original publication dates — lives atai.neuvottelija.com. New chapters are written in English together with Samantha through an approval-gated publishing pipeline.
