Antti Rauhala is a serial acquirer and investor with an industrial background. He started in 1988 at Raflatac in the Tesoma unit, developed its RFID business for ten years, and has worked at Bronto Skylift and UPM among others; Bronto was under American ownership at the time and only afterwards, he says, did he realise the owner was a compounder. He also carried out Finland's first First North public takeover, when Brady Corporation was found as a buyer for Nordic ID. For the last fifteen years or so he has grown SME growth companies as an entrepreneur and as an investor at Pikespo Invest. When he appeared on Negotiator in 2025 he was CEO and part-owner of the Tampere-based Auroora Yhtiöt Oyj, presenting the serial acquirer model in which companies are bought and developed but never exited, with the cash flows reinvested into further acquisitions.
