Sami Miettinen

Sami Miettinen is the founder and host of the Neuvottelija (The Negotiator) podcast, Finland's leading negotiation-skills expert, and Head of AI at Translink Corporate Finance. Together with Juhana Torkki he has made negotiation skills accessible to everyone through the books Neuvotteluvalta (Negotiation Power) and Uusi neuvotteluvalta (New Negotiation Power).

With an international career with 13 years in London City at Credit Suisse, Pöyry Capital and SEB — and a spell as CEO of Nordic Trustee, where he managed the rights of over €4 billion bondholders — Miettinen is known for breaking down complex financial and negotiation topics into clear, insightful discussions. The Neuvottelija podcast has attracted millions of streams and brings leading guests from Finland and around the world.

Since 2026 Sami has published Neuvottelija AI: research, economics, tools and practical agent systems. OpenClaw Chronicles remains its build-log series about Samantha, Stöbä and Hermes.
