Well, you’re not- you’re not exactly the only one who gets a say. -about that, like, yeah, that if you wanted that yard sauna or outbuilding, then that’s 30 square meters and then say like a yard sauna, 30 square meters, so okay, so what well then you’d just need a sauna and then maybe some sort of changing room. 30 is pretty generous, so like here you’d have a sauna cabin, so here there’s like a cabin and then there’s the sauna. Ah right this is really good, but this is 164. This is half of what we were talking about, if you have building rights you can, like, build under 34 without a building permit [unclear] that’s like a really great thing, that you can see it in the market too, demand- demand grew, and in my opinion Sweden made this kind of similar reform earlier and it’s really been a good thing and, well, namely then like as a result it’s been nothing but good, everyone wins,
