# Introducing the Neuvottelija Channel

## Summary

I work professionally in an international M&A network called TransLink Corporate Finance, which has 600 experts. We carry out around 35 corporate transactions annually in the Nordic countries. I myself graduated from a business school, and I spent 13 years in London, in the City of London. And now I’ve been back here in my home country, Finland, for several years, both in large banks like Credit Suisse and then in smaller ones. And indeed, I’m now a partner here at Translink. We do these corporate transactions, share issues, and similar arrangements. And a good overview of this field is provided by Exit by Matias Mäenpää and Anssi Kiviranta, which includes 15 entrepreneur-owner exits or share issues, or other arrangements, three of which were executed by us. In fact, both gentlemen’s transactions were carried out by us.

And in it, we went from Martti Ahtisaari to Bengt Holmström, all the way to Elina Lepomäki and Lauri Lyly in these cases, and interviewed all of them. And what I now intend to do on this YouTube channel is to interview similarly interesting negotiators, experts, and people who work professionally with negotiation situations.
